In this role, Vineet is responsible for developing and advancing Addison Group\u2019s acquisition roadmap, sourcing and evaluating targets, leading due diligence and transaction execution, and partnering with executive leadership to integrate acquisitions and accelerate long-term growth.<\/p>\n<p>Vineet brings deep experience advising senior executives and boards on complex financial, strategic, and capital allocation decisions. His expertise includes translating rigorous analysis into clear, actionable insights that support high-stakes decision-making and sustainable value creation. Vineet has advised clients across a range of industries, including business services, technology, industrials, natural resources, media, and telecommunications.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining Addison Group in 2025, Vineet spent more than 17 years in financial advisory and 12 years in investment banking, most recently as a Managing Director at William Blair.
