A nationwide lawyers’ association based in the D.C.-Maryland-Virginia needed Accounts Payable (AP) professionals with a niche skillset to support them on international projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Challenge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The client was conducting an international project and needed contract-to-hire finance talent with a highly specific skillset. First, they needed talent with international accounting experience. Second, the government-funded project came with strict deadlines, so they needed to have these roles filled quickly. Third, their internal hiring team didn\u2019t have the resources and struggled to find talent on their own. It was imperative that the client worked with a staffing partner to ensure they could find qualified talent fast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
