80% of companies plan to increase their level of investment in customer experience (CX)1<\/sup><\/em><\/p>Zendesk<\/a><\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

A-player administrative professionals are still in high demand, especially in legal and logistics roles, and harder than ever to find because they require a diverse set of hard and soft skills. For many companies, a high volume of applicants hasn\u2019t translated into top candidates. Project management and digital savvy are valued by employers as well as client service skills. Although the number of administrative assistants is projected to decline by 10% from 2022 to 20322<\/sup>, there are 2.1 million projected openings each year3<\/sup>, due to retirements or professionals exiting the field.<\/p>\n\n\n

Companies are prioritizing finding the right hires amid rising hiring costs and increasing the time to hire significantly.
