One of the world\u2019s leading providers of products and services to the energy industry was struggling to secure the skilled IT and finance professionals needed to lead a $500M data digitization project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Challenge: Additional IT and finance professionals needed to lead critical projects<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Houston-based company\u2019s internal staff lacked the bandwidth and expertise to initiate and manage these critical projects in-house and needed additional headcount. The client identified a need to bolster their teams with skilled IT and finance professionals to lead the multi-million dollar data digitization project and to streamline their revenue cycle processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the scope and investment of the data digitization project, Addison Group<\/a> understood the importance of finding the right talent. Addison started the engagement by immersing themselves in the client\u2019s organization. By learning the ins and outs of the culture, Addison could provide candidate recommendations with precision. The Addison team met with the project\u2019s stakeholders to gain an understanding of the roles and candidate profiles needed for success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Addison then tapped into their talent pool of more than 1.5 million candidates, selecting the top talent that fit the roles, not just who was available. The team organized interviews and follow-ups with the client and quickly placed a variety of Project Managers, Business Analyst Leads, Organizational Change Management Practitioners, Instructional Designers, and Trainers. These roles successfully led the data digitizing initiative from beginning to end with an integrated system solution. Overall, this initiative helped significantly reduce days sales outstanding (DSO), billing errors, and increased the speed to invoice for the client\u2019s customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this project, Addison provided over 60 IT and finance professionals for the $500M initiative to streamline and transform the Opportunity to Cash (O2C) process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
