Make Sure Your Format is Professional<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You should make sure that you are clear, concise, and that the font is legible. Remember, people don\u2019t have a lot of time to read through your resume, so make it as easy for them as possible. A poorly formatted resume should never be the reason that you aren\u2019t considered for a role with a company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outline Your Projects<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Take some time to\nexplain which projects you\u2019ve worked on. Be sure to highlight the most critical\ninformation. People want to know that\nthey can trust you. You\u2019ll certainly want to highlight how you work under\npressure, within tight deadlines, and with other people. Your communication\nstyle and ability to achieve results will help people understand that you are a\nquality person who will make their job easier. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don\u2019t Forget Interpersonal Skills<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Technical skills are valuable, but over time, you\u2019ll need to prove yourself through interpersonal skills. It will behoove you to highlight your interpersonal skills when describing your work style. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
