Staying engaged with your new employees will help them to be efficient and productive. &nbsp;Here are some questions that you should be asking your new employees during their employee orientation process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Going Well Or\u2026?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You should be looking for a few things in this answer. The\nfirst is to make sure that you are hearing the things that your employee\nenjoys. Additionally, you can see if the things that are going well match with\nyour employee\u2019s talents and with your expectations of the position. Questions\nabout things that are happening well can also help to frame a larger\nconversation in a positive and constructive light. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Is This Position What You Had Expected?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It is okay if your employee didn\u2019t expect certain things.\nSometimes these variations can be positive, and you may even realize that you\nare covering areas that you hadn\u2019t even thought this position was capable of.\nAdditionally, this offers a non-confrontational avenue for the employee to\nbring up any issues that they are having in a constructive manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do You Have Enough Time to Complete Your Work?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In the beginning of any new employment, you should expect\nand allow for additional time to learn tasks.
