As President, Consulting Services, Will directs the strategic vision and execution for Addison Group’s Consulting Services portfolio and is responsible for building comprehensive, innovative paths to increased growth and profitability. He leads these high-performing teams in their go-to-market approach, delivering differentiated solutions to create sustained, quantifiable value for clients and strengthen long-term enterprise outcomes.

Will brings over 25 years of management and technology consulting experience and leadership to Addison Group. Most recently, he served as the Managing Partner and Head of Industry at West Monroe, where he was responsible for developing and executing the growth strategy for the firm’s industry consulting portfolio. Prior to West Monroe, Will spent time with Diamond Management and Technology Consultants, Avanade, and Accenture.

Stephanie brings over 13 years of experience within the consulting and technology sectors.

As President of Mondo, Stephanie leads all business operations and is responsible for the sales and recruiting efforts for the company’s 10 nationwide offices. Stephanie has been monumental in raising the caliber and potential of Mondo’s talent to continue to scale upward and has positioned the company strongly for continued rapid growth.

Stephanie began her career at IBM Global Business Services in 2008 as a business transformation consultant focusing on the technology sector. She then transitioned to working as an account executive at MRP before finding her home at Mondo.

Stephanie was named Female Executive of the Year by the Women’s World Awards in 2017. She was also featured on Staffing Industry Analysts’ Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list in 2023.

Matt Haller brings over 30 years of hands-on industry and consulting experience across various business sectors, including manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, retail, and service. He has been working exclusively with Cloud and SaaS business technologies since 2008 in the disciplines of ERP, SCM, CX, and HCM.

In his role as President, Cloud Solutions, Matt leads the Cloud Solutions practice encompassing Addison Group’s ArcLight Consulting and Bridgepoint Consulting’s NetSuite services. In his role, Matt guides all aspects of the practice from go-to-market, delivery, customer success, and operations. Matt joined Bridgepoint Consulting in 2020 in a director role before becoming Principal in 2022.

Prior to joining Bridgepoint Consulting, Matt was a Vice President at Capgemini, first leading a global NetSuite practice, and then serving in Go-To-Market and Delivery roles for the company’s Oracle practice. He also ran ERP services as a Partner for one of the US’s largest accounting and advisory firms’ brands.

Brandon Martin has more than 18 years of experience in healthcare professional services and a proven track record of leading and contributing to high-performing teams.

As President of Harmony Healthcare, Brandon is responsible for Harmony’s growth strategy.

In 2011, Brandon helped launch Harmony Healthcare as an organic startup company. His leadership and strategic insights helped shape Harmony’s growth. In 2022, he was a key contributor to the sale process and eventual partnership with Addison Group.
