Tom Moran has more than 28 years of experience in the staffing industry and has held executive leadership positions within the industry’s largest firms. In 2011, Tom Moran was named CEO of Addison Group. Under his leadership, Addison Group accelerated to become the 26th largest professional services firm in the US through organic expansion and strategic acquisitions. Dedicated to his People First approach, Tom, who is a 31-year business veteran, led the expansion of Addison Group’s business to over 40 percent growth through 2020.

Prior to joining Addison Group in 2011, Tom served as Chief Executive Officer for Mastech Inc., a leading publicly traded staffing firm. Previously, Tom served as Chief Executive Officer and Partner for Frontenac Company, Inc., a private equity firm. Prior to his work with Frontenac Company, Tom served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Hudson Highland Group, Inc., Americas, where he built a management team that led the organization to record revenues and profits. Tom also served in various leadership roles at Robert Half International, where he directed and grew operations as the District President of Operations for one of the largest multi-state territories in North America.

Michael Samuels joined Addison Group as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2019, bringing more than 25 years of extensive financial, operations, and strategic experience to the role. He has led numerous complex negotiations and managed a multitude of financial integrations to drive shareholder value in both public and private companies.

As CFO, Michael leverages his experience delivering shareholder value creation to private equity-owned companies through sound financial discipline and growth-related programs, supporting Addison Group’s continued expansion.

Prior to joining Addison Group, Michael was Global CFO at IRI, a worldwide leader in innovative data and analytic solutions for consumer, retail, and media companies. During his nearly 20 years with IRI, he held several senior-level financial positions, including CFO North America, Senior Vice President & Treasurer, and Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. He oversaw a number of transformative programs, including the launch of cutting-edge data analytics and technology, that led to a 20x return in shareholder value during his tenure.

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Peg is a practiced senior executive who leads multi-faceted HR functions encompassing people strategy, employee relations, corporate communications, compensation, benefits, compliance, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Before coming to Addison Group, Peg served as Chief People Officer for Hudson Global, where she was responsible for all facets of HR for the Americas and the analysis and creation of executive compensation plans, equity awards, and variable incentive programs.

Peg was named to the 2023 DEI Influencer List by Staffing Industry Analysts and as a Notable Leader in DEI by Crain’s Chicago Business.

Prior to his tenure as Chief Accounting Officer, which began in 2022, he has held several roles of increasing responsibility since beginning his career at Addison Group in 2016.

Dan is an experienced finance executive with a demonstrated history of working in the staffing and recruiting industry, including overseeing and performing auditing, financial analysis, accounting, and financial statements. Before he joined Addison Group, Dan spent time with Univar and PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

Chris pilots a data-driven department that delivers innovative and targeted strategies focused on cross selling, client retention, and customer recapture, designed to maximize market penetration and brand awareness.

Chris joined Addison Group in 2007 and made an immediate impact on the rapid expansion and success of the contract staffing services divisions. His success in scaling the contract staffing divisions of HireStrategy was a major factor in the company’s acquisition by Addison Group in 2014. Chris was promoted to President of HireStrategy in 2016 and all his teams saw continued growth, including an expansion into the Philadelphia market. Under his leadership at Addison Group, his teams have helped the company repeatedly experience record-breaking growth.

Chris’s earlier career includes over 10 years of staffing industry experience in increasingly senior positions, focused on contract and project talent solutions, including Regional (Mid-Atlantic) Vice President for Robert Half International.

Sherry Benton has been with Addison Group since 2010 and has more than 20 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry.

As Senior Vice President of Corporate Real Estate and Project Management, Sherry spearheads a department dedicated to creating optimal workplace environments. Sherry’s unique combination of staffing and corporate real estate experience enables her to create workspaces that drive productivity, employee satisfaction, and growth. Sherry has been in her current role since 2019.

Sherry has held a variety of roles since joining Addison Group in 2010. She began as a recruiter, then moved on to the roles of Human Resources Manager, Benefits Manager, Facilities Manager, and Director of Employee Benefits. As Director of Employee Benefits, Sherry showcased her ability to design and manage comprehensive benefits programs that attract and retain top talent. Her focus on employee well-being made an enduring impact on Addison Group’s workplace culture.

In this role, Vineet is responsible for developing and advancing Addison Group’s acquisition roadmap, sourcing and evaluating targets, leading due diligence and transaction execution, and partnering with executive leadership to integrate acquisitions and accelerate long-term growth.

Vineet brings deep experience advising senior executives and boards on complex financial, strategic, and capital allocation decisions. His expertise includes translating rigorous analysis into clear, actionable insights that support high-stakes decision-making and sustainable value creation. Vineet has advised clients across a range of industries, including business services, technology, industrials, natural resources, media, and telecommunications.

Prior to joining Addison Group in 2025, Vineet spent more than 17 years in financial advisory and 12 years in investment banking, most recently as a Managing Director at William Blair. In those roles, he advised publicly traded and privately held companies on mergers and acquisitions, strategic alternatives evaluation, and other transformational transactions.
